Answering calls for its owner (companions)

Set "answersForOwner": true and the person who got your companion can turn on "Answer my calls when I can't" for it. When someone calls them and they don't pick up, the caller can talk to the companion instead. It explains they're not available, takes a message, and the owner gets the message in Kol.

These calls are short (a few minutes at most), and the companion never makes promises or shares private details for its owner. Test this mode with kol try --as standIn and "as": "standIn" in a test.

How people find them

Published companions appear in the Kol marketplace with your name, tagline, icon, color and price. A published service also gets a Kol ID that people can save, share as a link, and call.

Your numbers (kol status): installs (people who have it), calls, minutes, and requests it took for you. You never see people's conversations; see Safety.
